When you place an order with JLD you accept that the item will be produced for you and sent via the postal system. Please look carefully at the description and contact us before placing an order if there are any questions.

We will do our best to produce the item in a timely manner and ship it to you. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please refer to our returns and refund policy.

With bespoke items, we ask that you approve the artwork before we commence production. We will then produce the item and send it out. These items can only be returned if they are faulty or broken on arrival. Please contact us if there is a problem.
